On the afternoon of September 7^th 2016, Secretary Fu Jianguo of China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation visited CASCO with the company of Party Committee.

President Yang Haidong introduced CASCO’s overall condition and Secretary Zhang Yanfang gave report of its party building and the progress of party building studies. Secretary Fu said that this visit has given him a full picture of CASCO. With distinct characteristics as a joint venture, CASCO has formed special management culture and gathered valuable experience. He affirmed CASCO’s business growth and its persistence in innovation, core team building and product competitiveness. He believed that CASCO’s management concept and method is the development support over the past years and is of great reference value to the transformation of traditional state-owned enterprise, therefore the communication and exchange between companies under CRSC should be further enhanced. Meanwhile, as the number of CASCO’s party members is over 40% and young party members are of high percentage, CASCO’s party building, though has its specialty, could have innovations by combining life value, company objective and the cause of the party and nation. Later, Secretary Fu visited CASCO’s system labs and customer service center. He asked about related technology and industry development and experienced the simulation equipment. 

President Yang Haidong and Secretary Zhang Yanfang thanked for the valuable advice and said that CASCO will continue to explore with its own characteristics according to CRSC’s overall strategy and keep healthy and sustainable development. In the meantime, it will make spare no efforts to innovate in the party building method and enhance the party’s guidance over business so as to realize the goal of 13^th five-year plan.
