At 2:36 a.m. on September 4, the new TDCS center and dispatching station relocation of Harbin Railway Bureau Group undertaken by CASCO were successfully completed and put into use 1 hour 54 minutes ahead of schedule, marking the opening of the new TDCS center of Harbin Bureau.

CASCO provided one CTC host system for passenger dedicated line (PDL) center and one CTC/TDCS host system for normal speed line center, including signal equipment room, dispatching station, network safety, telecommunication quality monitoring, power and environment monitoring and integrated operation and maintenance equipment.

As a key project of Harbin Bureau, the relocation of TDCS Center received much attention from both Harbin Bureau and CASCO. Braving numerous difficulties such as tight and variable schedule and poor site environment, the project team completed relocation of PDL and normal speed centers as well as related dispatching stations with high standard and high quality within less than four months, providing strong safeguard for successful operation of the project.

Assisted by CASCO, the brand new TDCS center will become the "Super Brain" for the operating lines in Harbin Bureau, improve the safety and stability in dispatching and command and escort railway operation.
